Users and Vide Law agree to resolve disputes as follows: First, attempt informal resolution via email at info@videlaw.com. Second, attempt mediation administered by JAMS in Riverside County, CA, with costs divided equally. Third, participate in binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Riverside County, CA. The prevailing party receives costs and fees including attorneys' fees. Users and Vide Law waive jury trial rights.

14. Governing Law, Venue, & Personal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any lawsuit will be brought in federal or state courts in Alameda County, CA. Both parties consent to venue and personal jurisdiction there.

15. Severability Waiver

If any term is unenforceable, all others remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement. Waivers must be written and signed by authorized representatives.

16. Changes to These Terms

Vide Law reserves the right to change these Terms with or without notice. Continued Website use constitutes consent to new Terms.
